Sunflower Seeds Protein Bites: DIY Sunflower Seeds Protein Bites For Fitness Recipes

Ingredients
 1 cup oats
 ⅓ cup chocolate chips (optional)
 ⅓ cup raw sunflower seed kernels
 ¼ cup dried cranberries
 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
 3 tablespoons peanut butter
 3 tablespoons ground flax seed
 3 teaspoons honey
 ⅓ cup skim milk

Mix oats, chocolate chips, sunflower seed kernels, cranberries, protein powder, peanut butter, flax seed, and honey together in a large bowl using your hands to assure ingredients are well integrated.

Stir milk into the oats mixture with a spoon until the mixture is even in texture; divide and shape mixture into 10 balls.

 20 ounces fresh cheese-filled tortellini
 ½ cup mayonnaise
 ½ cup white sugar
 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
 1 cup raisins
 1 cup sunflower seeds
 1 red onion, finely chopped

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook tortellini in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain, and rinse under cold water.

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar to make the dressing.

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, tortellini, bacon, raisins, sunflower seeds and red onion. Pour dressing over salad, and toss.
