I am under Lockdown. What should I do?

The lockdown was announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday in order to curtail the spread of coronavirus, also called COVID19.

“A lockdown is a crisis convention that keeps individuals from leaving a given region. A full lockdown will mean you should remain where you are and not exit or enter a place or the specified zone.”

There are some activities which are essential to do to survive the lockdown successfully.

Essential exercises incorporate getting staple goods and clinical supplies. Giving up other activities that involves moving out of home means you are following social distancing. In case you are a medical personnel or a policemen, you won’t have to stick to these limitations.

Here’s what you can do while practicing lockdown:


1. Have a daily schedule (as much as possible)

We realized how significant routine is under typical conditions. Also, when schools are shut and numerous individuals are telecommuting or advised to remain at home, it may feel like what happens next. However, in reality it’s much better for everybody’s psychological well-being.

2. Start an at-home exercise schedule
